Sustaining the Village Together –
Introducing Tiered Registration

Registration is now closed. We’ve reached our capacity. We hope you can join us next year!

Song Village has always been rooted in accessibility and mutual care. From the beginning, we’ve worked to keep this gathering affordable so that more people could gather around the fire.

At the same time, we live in a world where financial realities are not equal. Some of us are stretching to be here. Others have more room to contribute. As costs continue to rise, we’re introducing tiered registration as a way to share responsibility — honoring both sustainability and access.

If you need financial support, please choose the community supported tier. If you have the capacity to give more without strain, please choose community supporting or village builder. Your generosity helps make space for someone else.

Every choice helps hold the circle.

Tier 1 — Community Supported: $525*

Reflects the true cost of attending and helps keep Song Village operating sustainably.

*plus credit card fees

Tier 2 — Community Supported: $475*

For those who need financial accessibility in order to attend. If paying more would create strain, please choose this tier with our full blessing.

*plus credit card fees

Tier 3 — Community Supporting: $625*

Helps carry more of the financial weight of the village and strengthens our ability to gather well.

*plus credit card fees

Tier 4 — Village Builder: $675+*

For those who feel called and able to give more generously, your gift is a direct investment in the strength and promise of the village.

*plus credit card fees

Kids and Teens: $300

Scholarships available:

We believe gathering a group of participants that brings a diversity of perspectives will make Song Village — and the broader community singing movement — stronger. In an effort to support access, scholarships are prioritized for individuals who face greater barriers to participation rooted in historic or current discrimination, and whose identities and life experiences are often underrepresented at Song Village. To support the scholarship fund, please donate here!

To be considered for a scholarship, apply here by March 31st.

2026 Registration Policies:

Please be sure of your ticket purchase, as no full refunds are available due to operating costs and processing time. All cancellations prior to Friday May 23rd will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after that date and your ticket is final regardless of attendance. You cannot sell or transfer your ticket to a friend.

Children/Teens: The fee for children (4-18) is $300. Children 3 and under are free. Please keep in mind that we do not have a children’s program. Teens and children who can participate with awareness of the group are welcome to attend. If a child is distracting group attention during a Song Circle, we ask that the child be quickly led away to an engaging adventure.

No Part-Time Tickets: We want people to attend the whole gathering so that everyone is well-oriented and is part of building our sense of community together. And we do not enjoy the extra administration that arranging for part-time tickets entails. If you have to leave the gathering for a portion of the time, you are free to attend to your needs, but please do not ask for a discount or a one or two day pass.

Rain Cancellation: Our gathering is mostly outdoors. Thus, in the possible but unlikely event of rain, the gathering may be cancelled. This is likely to be disappointing, but better than being cold and wet for three days. We have some fixed costs for the venue and caterer that we will not be able to recover if the event is cancelled due to rain. All registrants will thus receive a full refund, minus $60, if the event is cancelled due to rain. That way we will all share the risk.

Community Care – To help care for the village, we ask all participants to take responsibility for their health and the wellbeing of others.

  • Please do not attend if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness (cough, sore throat, fever, stomach issues, etc.), even if you believe it is not COVID-19
  • If you become ill within 3 days of arrival and need to cancel, your registration will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee (we may request documentation of illness to support this process)
  • In the week leading up to camp, we encourage reducing exposure where possible

Song Village is a mask-optional, non-distanced environment. Most participants will be unmasked. We are not requiring pre-arrival COVID-19 testing this year.

If you develop symptoms while at camp:

  • Mask, distance, and test
  • Isolate yourself
  • If symptoms persist, you may be required to leave

Thank you for helping care for the village.
